These terms describe what ApplyWatch offers, what it deliberately does not do, and what you agree to when you use it.

The service

ApplyWatch is operated by ApplyWatch operator. It shows application information that has been curated from publicly published official university sources, links each fact to the official page it came from, and reports when a monitored official page changes.

ApplyWatch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the institutions listed.

Official sources decide

The institution’s own published page is the only authority. Before you rely on any deadline, fee, requirement or scholarship condition, open the linked official page and confirm it there.
Where an institution has not published something, ApplyWatch says so instead of estimating. An absent fact means unpublished or unclear, never zero and never “not required”.
Official pages change without notice, and monitoring runs on a schedule, so what you see here can lag behind the source. Coverage, accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed.

What ApplyWatch does not do

It is not advice. Nothing here is legal, immigration, financial or admissions advice, and it is not a decision by any institution.
It does not rank institutions or programmes and it does not estimate your chance of admission or of receiving a scholarship. Any eligibility wording describes published conditions only, and is never an award, an offer or a promise.
It does not submit applications, contact institutions on your behalf, or represent you in any process.

Your account

Keep your password confidential and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Give accurate profile details. Categories such as citizenship-based fee status are derived from what you enter, so wrong input produces a wrong category.
Do not try to reach another user’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities beyond your own account, or place automated bulk load on it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided free and as is. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued, and features may be added or removed.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information shown here, from a missed deadline, or from the service being unavailable. Confirming each deadline and requirement with the institution remains your responsibility.

Changes and contact

These terms describe the service as currently deployed. When the service changes materially, this page changes with it.
